Emotions are energy in motion. They are a felt sense of the vibration of a particular energy, and every emotion has its own vibratory signature. When we block our emotions, they become trapped in the body and block the natural flow of energy through our system. Over time these blockages can result in stress, illness and dis-ease. When heavy and dense emotions, aswell as sexual energy, aren’t moved through the body they create stagnation and lower our energetic frequency and vibration. When we have a regular practice of feeling our emotions and moving them through our body we are able to keep our body open and free, and feel more open and receptive to life.

 

This workshop is designed with the intention to empower you to be present with any emotions that arise, to give them expression, free from judgement, in a safe and embodied way. This will support you in developing a loving mind-body connection, toning your vagus nerve, and regulating your nervous system. Showing you how to live a more embodied life and create safety to be in your body.

 

What you will learn in this workshop:

  • Stress responses – What they are, how they influence us, and how to move through each one.
  • Express & release tools – These tools support us in releasing tension from our nervous system. Allowing stress to vibrate through our body in a safe way. It’s important to do this when we feel an emotional charge or stress response.
  • Tremor release practice – This practice accesses a natural body reflex and vibration, which occurs from activating the psoas muscle. It helps to disperse stress and tension from the body, as it reduces the central nervous systems automated hyper-aroused response.
  • Embodiment gateways – These gateways support us in accessing our somatic, feeling body. Assisting us in moving stress and tension through the body, and opening us to deeper sensitivity, connection and safety.
  • Grounding tools – Ways to ground energy down to feel safe to be in your body.

  • 40 minute pre-recorded video to download and keep forever
  • 9 page manual to download and keep forever. Which includes education on emotions, stress responses, trauma, nervous system regulation, aswell as a written breakdown on the express and release tools, tremor release practice, and embodiment gateways to be able to create your own practice.
