I want to acknowledge a friend of mine who has been guiding me on my healing journey. A journey to inner peace and liberation. My friend's name is Eva Sumpter and she is an intuitive guide who heals through many modalities including reiki, kinesiology, cord-cutting, inner child healing, menstrual awareness, sensuality, movement, sound, grounding and more. I have been so very blessed to meet Eva and have her tune in to my emotional, physical and spiritual body to see what needs to be released, healed and nurtured. Eva listens and sees me, she honours my history of trauma and abuse. She is gentle, kind and honours the simplicity and slowness I need in the process of healing. If you follow Eva you will see she is real, raw, grounded, honest, open and honours every part of herself which is all I could ask for. Thank you Eva for guiding me on my Earth Walk. I had my first session of coaching & reiki healing with Eva a few days ago. Eva made me feel really comfortable after I came in to the session feeling stressed after a hectic week. She started by giving me some tools on how to release anger/frustration and let it all go. After our reiki session she wrote down a list of everything that came up and gave me some homework. I’ve found this list so helpful over the last few days to remind myself where I need to focus my energy and what I have to work on. I’m so happy I found Eva and it feels comforting knowing I have support throughout the challenges of the transformational journey I have just embarked on.
