Connect to your inner child, learn how to self soothe and cultivate a healthy relationship dynamic for your internal family – how to re-parent yourself and create safety within.
In this session I will be guiding you in developing a loving mind-body connection, help you to re-write old patterns based off your childhood wounding, and assist you in creating safety for yourself. You will gain the tools to be able to hold yourself in your emotional body, and not get lost in it, or keep in cycles of suppression.
We will use modalities such as meditation, journalling, reiki healing, embodiment practices, express and release tools, shamanic aspecting, emotional clearing (kinesiology practice). All dependent of each clients individual needs.

These sessions can take place in person at my home treatment space in Huonbrook NSW, or as a call out to your home in Northern rivers NSW and surrounds (with an additional travel fee dependent of where you are based).
